Timothy Lim has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor and technology sectors across Asia. He founded and scaled a regional semiconductor distribution firm serving ASEAN and India, ultimately selling the business to a listed company while continuing to manage it for several years. He later held senior roles overseeing administration, human resources, and legal operations for multiple SGX-listed entities, and has served on the board of Airports of Thailand PCL.
His background in business development, M&A execution, and corporate governance across multiple listed companies provides ChampionsGate with deep operational insight and transaction expertise in complex, cross-border environments.
Evan Graj is the founder and CEO of FusionOS.ai and brings significant experience in startups, scale-ups, and building digital businesses. His work spans financial modelling, corporate structuring, capital introduction, and venture capital, supporting companies through critical growth and financing milestones. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Chemical Physics from Columbia University.
Evan’s combination of technical training and practical experience in high-growth environments strengthens ChampionsGate’s ability to evaluate innovative business models and design capital structures that support long-term value creation.
Bill Snyder is the Managing Partner of Daedalus Analytics International and co-founder and board member of Applied Neuromorphic Systems Inc. He previously served as a senior member of Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance practice and holds M.A. degrees in Science, Technology, and Public Policy from George Washington University and in Economics from Georgetown University.
Bill’s background in corporate finance, advanced analytics, and policy provides rigorous analytical oversight and strategic perspective to the board’s evaluation of potential targets and transaction structures.
Robert Grigsby is the founder of BSW Capital Group, LLC, a boutique private equity firm focused on real estate-related investments. He serves as Managing Director of Fairlead Private Client Group and Mandalay-FCRE Management Company LLC, where he oversees multi-disciplined platforms delivering risk-adjusted returns in real estate and related opportunities.
Robert’s experience in private equity, real estate, and portfolio construction contributes valuable insight into capital deployment, risk management, and long-term asset performance.
David Mao co-led RSM LLP’s Los Angeles valuation practice from 2020 to 2022 and previously worked in KPMG’s Economic & Valuation Services practice from 2013 to 2020. He also held roles at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services and several boutique CPA and valuation firms, focusing on complex valuation and advisory engagements.
David’s deep valuation expertise strengthens the board’s ability to assess potential business combinations, analyze deal economics, and align transaction terms with shareholder interests.
